About this Role:
Interviews patients and/or families to complete the registration process for admission to an emergency, inpatient, and outpatient admissions.
This is a fast-paced position in our Emergency Services and Registration Department. The hours are variable and will cover days, nights, and weekends. Our ideal candidate will be flexible and have exemplary customer service skills.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Our ideal andidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities include collecting and verifying patient information, accurately entering data into the system, processing payments, and ensuring all required documentation is completed thoroughly and efficiently.
The selected candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the registration area remains accurate, organized, and up to date. Dependability, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and visitors are essential.
